CS Intellect (Lao) Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, represented by the Department of Internal Trade. This agreement establishes a strategic partnership to jointly develop and modernize digital systems that support business licensing and regulatory processes across Lao PDR.

Under this MOU, CS Intellect will contribute its technical expertise to design and implement an integrated electronic licensing platform aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and service delivery for retail, wholesale, car dealership, gold business licensing, and related regulatory functions. The initiative includes system architecture design, digital workflow development, security enhancement, and province-wide scalability for future expansion.
