- On site service If any hardware or software issue which required to resolve on site. Our engineer will go to site and resolve the issue.
- Online support services Login to our service portal (support.csintellect.com) and register issue.
- . Service Timing – Onsite visit in a hour in Vientiane Capital terms and conditions apply and Response time on Online support portal is 30Min.
- Our service is from 8am to 5pm in working days.
