Intellect service support team provides four types of Services

  2. Email us Email to us (support@intellectlao.com) for register your issue. 
  3. On site service If any hardware or software issue which required to resolve on site. Our engineer will go to site and resolve the issue. 
  4. Online support services Login to our service portal (support.csintellect.com) and register issue.  
  5. . Service Timing – Onsite visit in a hour in Vientiane Capital terms and conditions apply and  Response time on Online support portal is 30Min.
  6. Our service is from 8am to 5pm in working days.
